Jormac Aerospace receives NADCAP Composites Accreditation.
In January, 2022 Jormac Aerospace was awarded the NADCAP accreditation for Composites. This accreditation recognizes Jormac’s composites expertise and the rigor of our systems. It gives our customers in the Business Jet, VIP Completions, defense, and space segments of the aerospace industry, an additional layer of confidence for all their composite requirements, from build to print manufacturing to providing solutions for their most challenging programs. Our capabilities include tooling mold design and fabrication, oven curing, vacuum assist resin transfer mold (VARTM), thermoforming, machining, hand layup, assembly, testing and inspection. Combined with our design engineering and analysis we offer a variety of composite products including lining systems, baggage bins, light weight cabinetry, environmental control system (ECS) parts and assemblies and tie-rods. Our composite expertise can also be applied to our customer’s build to print requirements using materials such as epoxy and phenolic fiberglass, carbon fiber, aramid, Kevlar, quartz, honeycomb and foam cores, for the manufacture of composite laminate parts such as ducting and composite core buildup parts such as radomes. This accreditation complements Jormac’s AS9100D / ISO9001:2015 certification and FAA PMA Facility Authorization.
